INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf of your choice
- L’Ancêtre cheese and beer fondue
- Apple slices
- Maple caramel
- Nut mix
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- Cut off the top of the bread loaf and carefully remove the interior to create enough space for the fondue.
- Fill the loaf with your choice of L’Ancêtre fondue.
- Generously arrange apple slices on top of the fondue.
- Drizzle with maple caramel to your liking.
- Sprinkle a nut mix on top for a crunchy and flavorful touch.
- Place the top of the bread loaf back on.
- Wrap the bread loaf in aluminum foil.
- Place it on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the loaf is golden and the fondue is melted and deliciously gooey.
- Once baked, carefully remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into generous portions.
