Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Kiju Apple juice
- ½ cup fresh pineapple, diced
- ½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 small green apple, chopped
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 piece fresh ginger (about 1cm)
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves (optional for a refreshing effect)
- A few ice cubes (if desired)
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a sieve if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Serve chilled with ice and a lemon wedge for garnish!
You can adapt the flavour of Kiju juice to suit the season or occasion!
